Shipping Information & Policy

❦ For shop items: please allow up to 10 days for your piece to be washed, processed, and shipped out!

❦ For customs: please allow up to a month (or whatever agreed upon time frame, depending on piece) for your knits to be created & shipped.

Sorry, no returns.  If you are unsure about fit or sizing: please contact softshellknits@gmail.com before ordering 💗

❦ Shipping policy ❦

Soft Shell Knits cannot be responsible for packages once they have shipped and in the rare case that a package goes missing or is lost once shipped we cannot cover costs or refund for lost parcels.

Once parcel is relinquished USPS it becomes their sole responsibility and there are special routes to take to get refunds from them directly in the case of lost or damaged packages via their insurances. If you’d like extra insurance on high priced parcels, please reach out for a quote.

If a package is marked ‘delivered’ but not found, there is a chance it may have been mistakenly taken or stolen from the residence after delivery and is then the responsibility of the owner/ renter.


 

❦ Repairs 

The occasional loose end, snag, or unraveling could happen.. A button could go missing.. No worries—Everything can be fixed. Feel free to contact me if this ever happens.
